Warranty and Return Policy

Acceptance:
All orders are subject to pricing, terms, and conditions at time of purchase order placement and confirmation.

Freight:
F.O.B. Factory. Prepay and Add.

Payment Terms:
Net 30 days upon credit approval. Freight and handling charges are not subject to any applicable discounts. We accept credit card payments through Visa and MasterCard. Delinquent accounts will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% monthly (18% annually).

Returns:
All returns require prior authorization from Valley Technology. Only new products in original cartons, shipped prepaid to our warehouse with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form, will be accepted. Return shipments without the appropriate authorization will be refused. Any return must be made within 60 days of the original invoice date. A 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will be assessed on all returned merchandise. Returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued. Custom products are not returnable.

Claims:
• Shipment damages should be reported to Customer Service Department within fourteen
(14) days of invoice date.
• Custom products are not returnable.
